Chemical Composition: C 1.50, Si 0.35, Mn 0.35, P≤0.030, S≤0.030, Cr 12.10, W ≤0.40,

Mo 0.85 V 0.6

Annealed Hardness: HB≤255

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1010-1050   

Application: Steel for pressing mold, cutting knives, or mold, thread rolling dies and ceramic mold in bulk production

2.       Cr12MoV , it is similar to 1.2601(DIN), SKD11(JIS)

Chemical Composition: C 1.60, Si 0.35, Mn 0.35, P≤0.030, S≤0.030, Cr 12.00, Mo 0.50 V 0.20

Annealed Hardness: HB≤255

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1000-1020   

Application: Steel for pressing mold, cutting knives, or mold, thread rolling dies and ceramic mold in bulk production

3.       7Cr7Mo2V2Si  (GB)

Chemical Composition: C 0.74, Si 1.10, Mn 0.45, P≤0.030, S≤0.030, Cr 7.10, W ≤0.50,

Mo 2.10, V 1.80

Annealed Hardness: HB≤255

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 1100-1150    Temperings 530

Secondary 61-63 HRC

Application: Steel for pressing mold, extrusive mold and tensile mold

4. Cr5Mo1V (GB), it is similar to A2( ASTM) 1.2363(DIN))

Chemical Composition: C 1.00, Si 0.40, Mn 0.75, P≤0.030, S≤0.030, Cr 5.10, Mo 1.10, V 0.30

Annealed Hardness: HB≤235

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 940-960   Temperings 200

Secondary 60-62HRC

Application: Steel for pressing mold and cutting knives with heavy-loading and complex shape

5. 9CrWMn , it is similar to O1 Modify ( ASTM), 1.2510(DIN)), SKS3(JIS)

Chemical Composition: C 0.93, Si 0.40, Mn 1.20, P≤0.030, S≤0. 030, Cr 0.50, W 0.50,

Mo ≤0.30, V ≤0.30

Annealed Hardness: HB≤217

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 800-820    Temperings 200

Secondary 60-62 HRC

6.  CrWMn , it is similar to 1.2419(DIN)), SKS31(JIS)

Chemical Composition: C 0.98, Si 0.40, Mn 1.00, P≤0.030, S≤0. 030, Cr 1.00, W 1.40,

Annealed Hardness: HB≤255

Heat treatment temp: Hardening 800-830    Temperings 200

Secondary 60-62 HRC
